1. About ThemeCrave
ThemeCrave is a premium WordPress theme platform operated by Ranbir Application and Trading Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
ThemeCrave provides digital WordPress themes, plugins, starter websites, documentation, and related services.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
3. License & Usage (GPL Compliance)
ThemeCrave products are developed for the WordPress platform and are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), where applicable.
Under the GPL:
- The PHP code of our themes and plugins is licensed under GPL.
- You are free to use the software in accordance with GPL terms.
However:
- Design elements, branding, graphics, documentation, and proprietary assets may be protected under copyright law.
- License activation limits (such as number of website activations) apply to access updates, support, and downloads.
Your purchased plan determines:
- Number of websites allowed
- Access to updates
- Access to support
You may not falsely claim ownership of ThemeCrave products or misrepresent them as your own.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
ThemeCrave offers yearly subscription plans and a Lifetime plan.
Yearly Plans:
- Provide access for 12 months from purchase date.
- May renew manually or automatically (depending on your system settings).
- Access to updates and support expires if not renewed.
Lifetime Plan:
- One-time payment.
- Grants lifetime access to updates and support for purchased products.
- “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes do not affect existing purchases.
5. Refund Policy (30-Day Guarantee)
ThemeCrave offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refund conditions:
- Requests must be submitted through official support channels.
- Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial.
- Refunds do not apply to renewal payments unless required by law.
- Refunds may be refused in cases of clear misuse or repeated abuse.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All ThemeCrave branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, documentation, and website content remain the property of ThemeCrave.
You may not:
- Resell ThemeCrave products as standalone competing products
- Claim authorship of our themes
- Remove copyright notices where legally required
Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.
7. Product Compatibility Disclaimer
We strive to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and Elementor.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Compatibility with all third-party plugins
- Compatibility with all hosting environments
- Error-free operation
You are responsible for maintaining backups before installation or updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ThemeCrave shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or subscription. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- You violate these Terms
- You abuse support services
- You attempt fraud or misuse
Termination does not revoke GPL rights but may remove access to updates, support, and downloads.

10. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of ThemeCrave indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
11. Governing Law

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
