Refund Policy
At ThemeCrave, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with a product you purchased from us, we encourage you to first reach out to our Helpdesk support team. Our team will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may request screenshots or additional information to help identify the problem. Refunds are considered only after a thorough review to ensure that every effort has been made to resolve the issue.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are offered in specific circumstances where the product does not perform as expected or described. A refund will be granted if the product is completely non-functional and cannot be used for its intended purpose. You may also be eligible for a refund if you have submitted a support ticket but did not receive any response from our support team within 48 business hours. Additionally, if the product description on our website was misleading or did not accurately represent the delivered product, you may request a refund. These criteria ensure that refunds are provided only when there is a clear, valid reason.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Certain situations are not eligible for refunds, as outlined below. Refunds will not be issued if you have simply changed your mind or no longer need the product after purchase. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be refunded unless it is proven defective. Purchases made by mistake, including those made by an employee or third party using your payment method without your authorization, are also not eligible. Additionally, if you refuse to provide the necessary access or information required by our support team to troubleshoot the issue, a refund cannot be processed.
Refund requests submitted more than 15 days after the purchase date are not accepted unless prior support interaction was initiated during that period. Products purchased at a discounted rate during promotions or special offers are also non-refundable. If you purchased during an active discount campaign, your refund request will only be evaluated after the campaign has ended. Finally, renewals and upgrades of existing licenses are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
3. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, ThemeCrave will review your request carefully to determine whether it meets our policy requirements. Once approved, a refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the request. We may ask for additional details or supporting documents to verify your claim before finalizing the refund. ThemeCrave reserves the right to decline refund requests that are deemed unreasonable or inconsistent with this policy. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Important Notes
While you may cancel your account at any time, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Cancellations are separate from the refund process and will not result in reimbursement unless the situation meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If a refund is approved, you are required to discontinue the use of the refunded product and delete all associated files from your devices.
In cases where a defective product is fixed through an update or patch, ThemeCrave may adjust the refund amount based on the updated product’s functionality and value. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that processing times may vary.
